Opening at 1050 Katy Fort Bend Rd., right on the corner of Katy Fort Bend and 3rd Street, Juicy Joint’s permanent food truck joins a popular hub of local food trucks with its own full-time spot. This third location follows the success of their first truck in Houston and their second in Sugar Land, bringing their bold, late-night menu to the fast-growing food scene in the heart of Katy.

What Makes Juicy Joint Different?
Born from the same team behind Clutch City Cluckers, Juicy Joint offers something fresh—and a little indulgent. Their menu, playfully dubbed “Walk It Out,” is packed with high-quality ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations. And everything is 100% halal.
Clutch City Cluckers was founded by Ahmad Kilani, a native of Irbid, Jordan, who moved to Houston in 2015 to pursue a master’s degree. While studying, he began working at Abu Omar Halal—Houston’s first halal food truck—which sparked his passion for the food industry. In 2021, Kilani launched Clutch City Cluckers, bringing halal Nashville-style hot chicken to the streets of Houston.
With its bold flavors and late-night service, the concept quickly gained a following and has since expanded across Texas and internationally, including a brick-and-mortar location in Amman, Jordan. And in October 2024, the team behind Clutch City Cluckers kicked off their latest venture, Juicy Joint, to broaden their halal offerings and tap into an additional audience of foodies.
At Juicy Joint, their signature 7oz Wagyu beef smash burgers, like the Walkin' On Sunshine and Mushroom Groove Deluxe, are layered with creamy goat cheese, fresh veggies, and Juicy Joint’s house-made signature sauce—all on a buttery golden potato bun.
Looking for heat? The Eastiside Sachi Dog brings gochujang, crispy onions, beef bacon, and sesame to the table, while the Walk It Out Dog delivers a chili-cheese combo worth craving. Pair any of it with loaded fries—like the Chili Lava Fries or Walk It Out Fries stacked with Wagyu patties, nacho cheese, and crisp pickles.
