Join us at the Katy Fussell Senior Citizen Center for Body Boogie!
This fitness group meets 3x per week for some gentle, chair friendly exercises.
Participants follow along with a rotation of videos that help seniors of any physical condition strengthen their muscles, regain mobility, and maintain condition.
