Color Our World: Journey Through Global Art Forms

Art enthusiasts and curious creatives are invited to explore the world of visual expression in Color Our World: Journey Through Global Art Forms, hosted on June 28 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Cinco Ranch Branch Library. Presented by Unite and Inspire in collaboration with Fort Bend County Libraries, this immersive art workshop offers participants an opportunity to discover the history and techniques of global art movements—and create a painting to take home.

• Dive into Post-Impressionism, including the work of Van Gogh
• Learn art history from knowledgeable volunteers and presenters
• Create your own version of "Vase with Irises Against a Yellow Background" (1890) by Van Gogh
• All materials (canvas, acrylic paint, brushes) provided
• Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on
• Free to attend, but registration is required and limited to 12 participants
