Join us at Mercer Botanic Gardens every other Wednesday for Indoor Tai Chi!
Tai Chi is a ancient but proven series of slow movements that helps to increase flexibility, muscle tone, and balance.
Join volunteer Stevens Moore during this one-hour beginner Tai Chi class. Meet inside the Mercer Visitor Center.
