Teens with a passion for animals and a curiosity about veterinary medicine won’t want to miss the Junior Vet Summer Camp hosted by Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP). Taking place June 16–20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., this week-long, interactive summer camp is open to ages 13–15 and is priced at $350 per week.
Founded in 1972, Citizens for Animal Protection is a trusted nonprofit organization dedicated to sheltering, rescuing, and advocating for animals in the Greater Houston area. Their mission aligns perfectly with the goals of the Junior Vet Camp — educating and inspiring the next generation of animal advocates and future veterinarians.
