Join us at The Woodlands Methodist Church for Moving In Faith!
This workout is movement to music, drawing from the traditions of martial arts and dance. This workout is done barefoot (shoes if needed) and conditions the mind, body, heart and spirit.
This practice includes a monthly scripture, warmup, cool down, and prayer.
