Description
Constable Ted Heap's popular Women's Self-Defense Class is returning in 2023. We will kick off the new year with a one-day classroom self-defense program on the evening of January 18th.
This class is free and available to women 18 and above, however class space is limited and demand is high so please register ASAP. All instructors are deputies with the Precinct 5 Constable's Office.
