Description
This trauma informed yoga workshop is to encourage participants to release tensions held in their bodies and to give themselves permission to clear energetic blockages associated with trauma. This mind and body yoga flow sequence can provide you with the opportunity to get “unstuck” as it relates to the trauma response and traumatic experiences. Join us as we heal with Yoga from traumatic experiences. Note: This workshop is NOT a substitute for talk therapy provided by a mental health clinician. Required item – yoga mat.
