Crimson Cadettes Spring Show Dazzles Cypress with Dance, Spirit, and Tradition on May 2–3
This week, the spotlight turns to the Cypress Woods High School Crimson Cadettes, as the celebrated dance team prepares to take center stage for their highly anticipated 2025 Spring Show. For the dancers, faculty, and families of Cypress Woods, the Crimson Cadettes Spring Show isn’t just a performance—it’s a tradition that celebrates a year of hard work, growth, and the lasting bond between teammates. The show will feature a wide array of routines performed by the 2025 Crimson Cadettes, as well as a special tribute to honor the team’s 19th line, marking nearly two decades of excellence in the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD dance community.

Known for their precision, school spirit, and commitment to excellence, the Crimson Cadettes are more than just a dance team. Each year, the group upholds a mission that goes beyond the stage: fostering leadership, academic achievement, and personal growth through the art of dance.
This year’s Spring Show is the culmination of months of rehearsals and team-building, under the guidance of director Lauren Reilly Gregory, a seasoned educator and dance professional with deep roots in the Houston area. A former officer of the nationally recognized Texas State Strutters and current member of the Texas Dance Educators Association, Gregory brings a passion for mentorship and performance to the Cadettes.
“This team represents more than choreography—they represent what it means to strive for excellence together,” said Gregory, who also serves as a choreographer and judge for teams across the region. “This show is a celebration of their dedication.”
