Cy Falls High School Welcomes Incoming Freshmen With Fun-Filled Orientation Events
The excitement is building at Cypress Falls High School as staff, students, and families prepare to welcome the Class of 2029. For many incoming freshmen, transitioning to high school can feel both thrilling and overwhelming—but Cy Falls is ready to make that first step unforgettable.
Fun at the Falls kicks off the celebration on Thursday, August 7, from 6–8 p.m. with Freshmen Orientation, and it’s open to both parents and students. The evening includes an opportunity to meet Principal Kyle Parsons at 6:30 p.m., explore the campus, and connect with faculty and student leaders. Families can ask questions, get a feel for school life, and prepare for an exciting year ahead.
Then on Monday, August 11, from 6–8 p.m., freshmen are invited back for Fish Camp, a students-only event focused on building school spirit and friendships. The night features pizza, games, a high-energy pep rally, and the chance to pick up class schedules early, helping new Golden Eagles feel ready for the first day of school.
