Upon build-out, Emberly is expected to feature approximately 2,500 homes, adding to the demand for nearby retail, dining, and services.
Located directly on U.S. Highway 59, Emberly spans 933 acres and offers residents quick access to major employment centers and attractions in Sugar Land, Richmond, and Rosenberg.
