Construction is set to begin in mid-March 2026, with completion targeted for mid-May 2026. The $469,368 renovation project will focus on interior updates and operational enhancements for the national discount retailer.
According to construction filings, the project will span 13,038 square feet and include the removal of existing fixtures and partition walls, as well as the installation of new finishes, LED lighting, storefront and exterior doors, and upgraded plumbing fixtures. Plans also call for extending pre-sales partitions, building an office, and preparing the space for Dollar Tree’s unique single-price-point retail layout.
