Bradford Colony 1 & 2 HOA Board Meetings

The Bradford Colony 1 & 2 Homeowners Association Board holds its regular monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings are currently conducted via conference call to ensure convenience and accessibility for all homeowners and residents.

Homeowners who have registered through the SBB Management online portal will automatically receive a monthly email notification containing the conference call dial-in number and meeting details.

Homeowner Participation is Welcome

The HOA Board warmly invites all Bradford Colony 1 & 2 residents to attend these meetings, share feedback, and engage in open discussion. Whether you'd like to express a concern, offer suggestions, learn more about neighborhood initiatives, or explore ways to volunteer in the community, your participation is encouraged and appreciated.

Bradford Colony 1 & 2 Homeowners Association is managed by SBB Management Company, formerly known as Chaparral Management Company. To streamline communication and provide convenient access to HOA services, residents are encouraged to set up their online homeowner account through the SBB Management portal.

Homeowners who have not yet created an account can register at https://portal.chaparralmanagement.com/login.

First-Time User Instructions:

• Click on the "Sign Up" link on the right-hand side of the login page.

• Complete the registration form with your Email, Full Name, Phone Number, Account Number, Password, and Registration Key.

Don't Have a Registration Key?

No problem. Simply click on the "I Do Not Have a Valid Key" link. This will take you to an alternate sign-up page where you can:

• Enter your details

• Submit a sign-up request

• A member of the SBB team will review and respond within two business days
