Hearthstone Community Inspections Help Keep Our Neighborhood Beautiful
Hearthstone is known for its welcoming feel, tree-lined streets, and well-kept homes—and that doesn’t happen by accident. Routine community inspections are one way the association supports homeowners in protecting curb appeal and property values for everyone.
Community Manager Cassandra Perez recently shared an update with homeowners following the latest inspection. In her message, she thanked residents who have already addressed items noted during previous inspections and offered friendly reminders about key maintenance guidelines.
The inspections look for things like regular lawn care, storing trash cans out of sight on non-collection days, keeping siding or brick free of mold or mildew, and repairing fences when needed. Items such as disabled vehicles, boats, trailers, and RVs are also included, as well as any exterior home changes made without prior architectural approval.

Perez emphasized that these reminders are never meant to offend but instead serve as a helpful nudge when something might need attention. Homeowners who receive a letter and have questions—or need more time to make updates—are encouraged to contact Perez directly for assistance.
The next inspection will take place in about 30 days, and residents can always report community issues between inspections by contacting the community manager.
“Thank you all for doing your part to make Hearthstone a beautiful place to call home,” Perez said in closing.
