Meeting Rules

To help ensure that all concerns and ideas are heard and respected, the NCCAI Board of Directors and all attendees of this meeting are expected to abide by the following rules:

• The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Association issues by the Board of Directors.
• Please do not interrupt the meeting at any time until the Board allows additional discussion.
• Cell Phones to be turned off or set to vibrate.
• Abide by one person / conversation at a time. The meeting will be suspended until control is regained.
• Threatening remarks and/or action will cause for immediate adjournment.
• Matters exceeding the allotted time will be tabled and addressed in post adjournment or the next Board Meeting.
• No video or audio recording of the meeting is permitted.

Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting is being held on the first Tuesday of December at the same location as our monthly meeting. The specific date/time for the annual meeting will be announced prior to the meeting.
