Board Meeting
The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM. It will be held at the North Clubhouse located at 6201 Westheimer Lakes Dr. Residents are encouraged to submit any questions beforehand via email to carmenr@crest-management.com.

Mahjong & Bunco
Mahjong
Neighbors can drop in for a friendly game of Mahjong at the Canyon Gate Clubhouse, 25501 Canyon Crossing Dr., every Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM,

Bunco
Additionally, Bunco Night takes place at the Canyon Gate Clubhouse once a month from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM; in August, the event is on Friday, the 22nd.

Family Movie Night
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, the community is invited to a Family Movie Night featuring ‘How to Train Your Dragon.’ The movie will begin at dusk at the Basketball Pavilion located at 26103 Canyon Fields Dr. Be sure to bring a chair or cushion for seating. Note that children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Fall Garage Sale & Shred Day
The Westheimer Lakes neighborhood is gearing up for a dual-purpose community event on Saturday, September 27, 2025. From 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Residents can participate in a community-wide garage sale, perfect for finding great deals or clearing out unwanted items. Registered homeowners will have their addresses included on a sale map available online, which will be updated the week before the event.
In addition to the garage sale, a shred truck will be on-site at the Splashpad parking lot located at 26103 Canyon Fields to provide secure document shredding services throughout the morning. This is an excellent opportunity for residents to safely dispose of sensitive paperwork.
Residents interested in taking part in the garage sale should register their addresses so they can be included on the official sale map for attendees to navigate the neighborhood’s deals with ease.
