Bradford Colony 1 & 2 Resident Pool Access

Many Bradford Colony 1 & 2 residents may not be aware that annual HOA assessments do not include automatic access to the community pool. However, homeowners and families who would like to enjoy the pool during the summer season will have the opportunity to register separately.

Information about pool registration and access fees will be announced in April. Residents are encouraged to stay tuned for updates through the SBB Management portal or community communications.
